Demolition of existing side entrance stairs and lean to; erection of lower ground floor extension including alterations to the landscaping at the rear; 1.5 storey side extension (lower ground and upper ground); increasing the height and depth of the existing 2.5 storey rear addition; dormer extension to rear roof slope and rooflights to main roof slope; alterations to fenestration; installation of solar panels to flat rooves; alterations to front drive and access; removal of two small trees to the rear.
