Alterations including erection of a single-storey rear and side extension; Conversion of existing garage to habitable space including installation of a new window and door; Installation of 1 x solar pv panel to the flat roof of the proposed single storey extension, and 3 x solar pv panels to the flat garage roof; Erection of a car port; Removal of trees and alterations to hard and soft landscaping to front and rear gardens.
