Alterations including the erection of a dormer roof extension to main rear roof slope (including increasing the ridge height by 300mm) with glazed doors and formation of roof terrace above two-storey back addition with safety balustrade surround; the infilling of one first floor rear window; the installation of 4 Velux windows to the front roof slope and a Heat Pump unit to the flat roof of the back addition.
