Application under s.106A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to vary the associated s.106 legal agreement dated 18th July 2024 pursuant to planning permission 2023/0892 dated 19th July 2024 for: Proposed erection of a mixed-use development up to 24 storeys comprising of Build to Rent residential units (Class C3) with affordable housing, ground floor retail and co-working space (approximately 738 sqm GIA floorspace Class E), landscaping and all associated works. The variations relate to s.106 Schedule 3 (Affordable Housing).
