Demolition of existing building and erection of a new six-storey building to provide flexible community/commercial use (Class F.2/E) on part of the ground floor with the remainder of the ground floor and the upper floors providing a 50-bedroom hotel use (Class C1) with associated entrance/lobby, plant, refuse storage, cycle storage and landscaping.
