Full proposal

Re-roof including soffits, fascias and guttering:    1. Existing tiles will be reclaimed where possible (estimate more than 50% will be reclaimed) 2. Extra tiles will be sourced from reclamation elsewhere 3. Wooden soffits and fascias will be replaced with uPVC to match colour and barge-board effect (as per 2016 extension) 4. Black plastic guttering will be replaced with like-for-like
