Internal and external repairs and alterations to the Manor Farmhouse to include construction of a dormer window, external works to include replacement of all rainwater goods, reinstatement of a chimney stack and removal of an existing chimney stack. Internal alterations to include changes to floor layouts and upgrade of mechanical and electrical systems throughout (amended plans and description)
