Hybrid planning application comprising: (1) application for full planning permission for the provision of 9,515sqm of Class E(g ii and iii), B2 and B8 floorspace for small and medium enterprises, with associated parking and landscaping and (2) application for outline permission (with all matters reserved) for the demolition of existing Lentus Composites/SST Technology and office buildings and construction of 1.0108ha of commercial floorspace uses falling within Class E(g ii and iii), B2 and B8, associated parking, landscaping and other ancillary works.
