Full proposal

Demolition of existing fourth floor level and erection of a replacement fourth floor and new fifth floor with a plant enclosure and green roof above. Erection of extensions at rear basement level. Creation of courtyards/terraces at rear basement level and inset from the rear at fifth floor level. Alterations and refurbishment of front and rear façade including the installation of replacement windows, drainage pipes, lanterns and lighting. All in connection with the use of the extended building as 16 flats (6 additional) let on a short-term basis.
