Full Proposal

Amendments to planning permission dated 07 August 2024 (RN: 24/03728/FULL) for external works to the front elevation, including the replacement of the front entrance and the existing sash windows on the upper floors. Alterations to rear elevation with new stair core glazing system and additional hard and soft landscaping to first floor terrace. Installation of new plant equipment and acoustic screening at roof level and other associated works, Namely to allow amendments to the external finish of the office entrance and to the lighting design and to reinstate intercom panel.
