Erection of a roof extension to facilitate the enlargement of the existing third floor flat into a duplex flat configured over third and fourth floors, including the formation of a front roof terrace enclosed by existing parapet wall; construction of a lift shaft enclosure to the rear elevation extending from ground to roof level; part-removal and replacement of existing rear windows with timber framed casement windows.
