Alterations to the fenestration at ground floor level; erection of infill extension at second floor level with a window to the east elevation; installation of windows to flank elevation at first and second floor levels; formation of roof terrace and associated access; and installation of mechanical plant and solar PV panels to roof in connection with the continued use of the ground floor for commercial purposes (Class E) and the first and second floors as a dwellinghouse (Class C3).
