Internal reconfiguration of the existing vehicle maintenance and plant-hire facility (Sui Generis Use), including the conversion of part of the first-floor storage area and part of the ground floor to ancillary office use, installation of a fire-protected escape stair, and corridor linking to a new external final exit door (part retrospective).
