(8,000 sq. ft.) shall comprise commercial uses (including fuel filling and/or electric vehicle charging, retail and food and beverage uses within Use Classes E(b) and Sui Generis), with the remainder comprising employment floorspace within Use Classes B2, B8 and E(g)(iii), together with associated infrastructure including parking, servicing, landscaping and drainage.
