Full proposal

Outline planning application with all matters reserved except for access for the demolition of existing buildings and the phased development of up to 66,890 sq. m. (720,000 sq. ft.) of floorspace, of which no more than 743 sq. m. (8,000 sq. ft.) shall comprise commercial uses (including fuel filling and/or electric vehicle charging, retail and food and beverage uses within Use Classes E(b) and Sui Generis), with the remainder comprising employment floorspace within Use Classes B2, B8 and E(g)(iii), together with associated infrastructure including parking, servicing, landscaping and drainage.
