Extensions and alterations to include a widening of the existing garage, provision of a single storey link between the garage and the existing house, rear extension to ground floor (with balcony over), raising of roof eaves and ridge height to form first floor accommodation with first floor rear balcony. Extension of existing lower ground floor area and rear terrace. Increase in width of external walls to provide improved insulation, use of horizontal timber cladding and slate tiles
