Proposal

Hybrid planning application for a phased development comprising: 1) the demolition of existing buildings, other than the Oastler Centre, and structures within the site and site preparatory works; 2) detailed planning permission for the erection of 97 dwellings (Use Class C3) and associated means of access, parking, landscaping and associated infrastructure works; 3) outline planning permission with all matters reserved for mixed use development comprising the erection up to 903 dwellings and up to 7,000sqm of retail and community uses (Use Classes E and F2), a new public park, other hard and soft landscaping, car and cycle parking and other associated infrastructure and engineering works - This application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
