Replacement of existing single glazed timber framed sash windows and rooflights with double glazed timber framed sash windows and rooflights, existing single framed timber framed front and rear doors with new double glazed timber framed doors, main roofs to be replaced including all tiles, eaves, ridges, hips and verges to match existing style and roof to rear extension replaced with a liquid covering.
