Prior Notificaion under Schedule 2, Part 3, Class G for the change of use of the first and second floor of the existing office building (Class E) into residential self-contained 3-bedroom residential flat (Class C3). Determination of whether Prior Approval is required concerning: a. Transport and Highways impacts of the development; b. Contamination risks on site; c. Flooding risks on site; d. Impacts of noise from commercial premises on the intended occupiers of the development and e. Impact on character or sustainability of the Conservation Area; f.Provision of adequate natural light in all habitable rooms of the dwellinghouses.
