Proposal
Installation of new vents, replacement timber rear door and double-glazed timber sliding sash window to replace existing louvre window. Refurbishment of all existing sash windows, with installation of new single glazing and replacement of all sash cords and fittings. Replace/rehang flat entrance door (retrospective), internal alterations to layout and refurbishment works.
