Proposal
Conversion of existing office space back to residential use to include two new one bed flats and one studio flat. Alterations to access serving existing top floor flat to remove access through the existing pub and combine with access to new flats. Access to involve extending existing late 20th Century stair by one storey within existing building fabric. Modifications to late 20th century partitions. One newly formed flat to extend laterally into existing pub storeroom through modern blockwork dividing wall.
