Demolition of all existing units and structures on site and redevelopment of site to provide data centre development comprising data centre building, MV building, 1 sprinkler water tank and pump building, security hut, substation compound including 2 switchrooms and electrical infrastructure, generator yard with 27 back-up generators, 1 diesel tank and re-fuelling area, water tanks, bin store, perimeter security fencing, car and cycle parking and associated ancillary site infrastructure.
