Outline application for up to 170 homes (Use Class C3) including 50% affordable housing served via a new vehicular/cycle/pedestrian access from Hedgerley Lane along with emergency/pedestrian/cycle access from London Road; landscaping; open space, earthworks drainage; car parking and all ancillary and enabling works (matters to be considered at this stage: access).
