Proposal

Demolition of all existing buildings (Class E and B8) and structures and associated works and erection of new buildings comprising a mixed use redevelopment of residential (Class C3) and commercial (Class E) uses, together with all landscaping, public realm, cycle parking, car parking, highways works and associated works.
