Proposal
Proposed internal reconfiguration including minor demolition to create an open-plan living space, reconfiguration of the side hallway and conversion of vaults to store and WC all at lower ground floor level, and relocation of partition walls, removal of in-built joinery, new bathroom fitout, and re-establishment of fire hearth all at first floor level.
