Alterations to a maisonette incorporating removal of an existing timber-framed, single-glazed glass roof structure over the front light well and installation of a black painted steel safety railing around the open light well, replacement of two existing cast-iron rainwater downpipes at front elevation and rear elevation with black uPVC rainwater downpipes, removal of a non-original timber-framed canopy with ceramic tile covering over the basement (Garden Flat) entrance and installation of a replacement aluminium-framed door canopy and replacement of five timber casement windows on the front elevation and one rear-elevation glazed timber door.
