Proposal
External alterations to ground floor elevation comprising, (i) recladding of the entry portals internal face with folded steel panels, incorporating integrated recessed lighting; (ii) removal of existing double door set and installation of a replacement single pedestrian door and a double door for vehicle access; (iii) installation of a new glazed panel and decorative fins; (iv) replacement of existing glazing to the back of house door with a black tinted panel; and (v) installation of new external signage reading "CITY TOWER".
