Proposal

Refurbishment and replacement of existing internal and external doors; internal reconfiguration of kitchens, toilets and ancillary circulation areas; installation and rationalisation of mechanical and extract infrastructure at roof level including removal of selected roof lights, enlargement of existing brick work, and creating a new maintenance shaft; removal of modern roof-level accretions and replacement with new standing seam copper roofing; screening of plant infrastructure behind demountable panels; introduction of new louvres and brick slip cladding within courtyard elevations to accommodate servicing requirements; and other associated works including temporary enabling works.
