Proposal
Replacement flat roof to rear incorporating two skylights. New resin-bond flooring to beer garden, extending partially into the car park. The removal of low-level planters and wall sections as well as the existing pergola being relocated, and a new fence with central opening proposed to the boundary of the beer garden.
