Redevelopment of the site to provide a hyperscale data centre (Sui Generis) with ancillary offices, plant and equipment; affordable workspace including a training centre and ancillary amenities (Use Class E); substation; access; parking; landscaping; and associated infrastructure. For the Purposes of Public Consultation but does not form part of the Description of Development: Redevelopment of the site to provide a data centre (Sui Generis) measuring 38 m above finished floor level (FFL), 69 m above ordnance datum (AOD), with flues extending to 72 m AOD and a gross external area (GEA) of 50,300 sqm; and affordable workspace (Use Class E) measuring 23 m above FFL, 54 m AOD and a GEA of 4,700 sqm.
