Proposal
Remove lean-to WC and erect new porch. Refurbish outbuilding to include formation of ground floor bathroom and upgrading of external wall. Changes to fenestration and internal floor layouts. Modify roof above dining room and incorporate new conservation lights. Repair and raise boundary wall with addition of fencing, and new stone wall to enclose frontage area on south elevation
