Determination of prior approval for proposed single storey extension to provide additional living accommodation which extends 4.0 metres beyond the rear wall of the original dwellinghouse. The maximum height of the enlarged part of the dwellinghouse is 2.4 metres and the height of the eaves of the dwellinghouse is 2.7 metres.
