Restoration of existing Farmhouse together with erection of single storey extension. Re-use and adaptation (including partial demolition) of the existing farm buildings to four new dwellinghouses. Conversion of cart shed to gym for Farmhouse. Creation of new vehicular access. Landscaping and bio-diversity enhancement. Dutch barn to be reused for storage of maintenance equipment. Stone barn to be used as store.
