Internal alterations to the north-east wing only. Removal of the following: internal partitions, ceiling joists, sanitary fixtures. installtion of the following: new rafter ties, new ceiling linings, new sanitary fixtures, new joinery, new floor finishes, new wall finishes. and all associated works.
