Proposal
Proposed alterations and change of use of existing building from Office, Workshops, Storage and Archives to the following proposed uses: Class E Commercial, Business and Service; Class F1 Learning and non-residential institutions (with the exception of F1(f) Public worship or religious instruction (or in connection with such use)); and Sui Generis for the following defined uses: Night club, Venues for live music performances, Cinema, and Dance hall. Proposed external alterations to create a new entrance, removal of existing roof lights, new automatic opening vents, landscaping and external lighting. Proposed external plant equipment within an acoustic enclosure on second floor and lower ground floor.
