Listed Building Consent Application for External works to include replacement front door, replacement rear windows, rear rooflights, rear extension and garden room. Internal works to include replacement of concrete floor with limecrete, lime plaster to walls, alterations to first floor wall layout, alteration to doorways, remove brick infill from fireplace, additional first floor joists and additional rafter supports.
