Proposed works to include replacement of the rear external timber doorsets and screens with steel doorsets, with the configuration to match the existing front entrance doorsets and screens, replacement of the existing uPVC windows with modern uPVC windows, with integrated trickle vents and replacement of the rear felt flat roofs and front canopy felt coverings with new felt roof systems.
