WRITTEN RESPONSE (PLANNING AND CONSERVATION): Fitment of secondary glazing to 5 front windows and to one side window using powder coated white aluminium frames, like for like replacement of rear fencing, increase width of driveway and replace gravel drive with tarmac, return parking space to the front of house
