Garage conversion to single room with en-suite. Removal of flat roof for a vaulted pitch roof. Front door to be moved from its current location to the front of the garage conversion creating a small entrance way. Current rear access double-glazed garage door (external) to be bricked up with matching brick-type. 2 additional windows within side elevation to new bedroom
