Proposal
Single storey front extension and loft extension including raising roof and installation of solar panels. Conversion of existing garage to provide additional living accommodation, installation of EWI and render to the external walls to the ground floor and timber cladding to the first floor. Removal of the gas boiler and replacement with ASHP.
