This request is for Change of Use from C3 (dwellinghouse) to allow for mixed use as either C3 (long-term tenancy) or C1 (serviced accommodation). This would allow the property to be let to business travellers working in Hull (which is the present intended use), whilst offering the flexibility to be used by holiday-makers or a long-term tenant. There is no specific development works required to change this from normal tenant use to short-term lettings use. Fire doors and integrated fire alarms are already installed throughout the building and regularly inspected and maintained by the building management company. The property is in good repair having been refurbished in 2021 with a new kitchen and bathroom, flooring, and recently redecorated throughout.
