The installation of anti-pigeon post and wire deterrent at high level on front, side and rear elevations, the replacement & installation of lead dressings along horizontal ledges to the side elevation, the replacement of sashes with installation of secondary glazing to first and second floor windows on side elevation and the retention of secondary glazing to windows at the second floor front elevation.
