Conversion of a 4 bedroom house and 2 storey warehouse into 2no 3 bedroom houses, with a first floor small study and all bedrooms with en-suites, demolition of the warehouse and provide the first master bedroom in the roof space. Provide bin store to front and new garden wall to match neighbours .
