APPLICATION FOR THE PROPOSED UPWARD EXTENSION TO CREATE ONE ADDITIONAL STOREY ABOVE THE EXISTING THREE-STOREY DETACHED BUILDING, WHICH WAS ORIGINALLY A PURPOSE BUILT OFFICE, CURRENTLY IN USE AS A PLACE OF WORSHIP, TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL FLOORSPACE IN CONNECTION WITH THE EXISTING USE, INCLUDING ASSOCIATED ROOF AND ELEVATION ALTERATIONS.
