INTRODUCING A GABLE ROOF TO THE FRONT BAY IN PLACE OF THE EXISTING FLAT ROOF, ADDING A CONSERVATIONAPPROPRIATE SKYLIGHT TO THE FRONT ELEVATION, CONSTRUCTING A PITCHEDROOF REAR DORMER, AND FINISHING ALL ROOF WITH NEW CLAY TILES TO MATCH EXISTING.
