Proposal
Erection of a single storey side extension, with installation of 3 No. rooflights to the west side of the dwelling. Alterations to the roof and external insulation of the existing single-storey structure. The existing walls are to be retained in situ and upgraded to comply with current Building Regulations. Erection of replacement coal shed.
