Proposal
Demolition of garage and side store, raise the roof by 2.8m to create a two storey dwelling, along with a first floor front and rear extensions, single storey front, side and rear extension. Erection of front porch, and alterations to the driveway and means of access with new retaining wall, boundary hedging, and post and rail fencing.
