Enlargement to fenestration on rear elevation serving kitchen. Fenestration alteration proposed on western side elevation proposing installation of new windows at first floor level, bi-fold doors at ground floor level, enlargement to 2 no. windows serving family room. Pitched roof proposed covering existing side balcony on western side elevation
