Proposal
Proposed conversion of first floor to form 3 number residential flats (one of which already exists but needs reconfiguring) with proposed ancillary facilities such as bicycle store, bin store and drying area located within the existing rear yard at ground floor level. Plus installation of 3 no. air source heat pumps on rear elevation of property at first floor level.
