Approval of details under condition 5 (Acoustic compliance) and 6 (Acoustic testing report) of Section 73 permission ZC24/03260/DVCON further to Planning Permission 22/03165/FUL for the subdivision of the ground floor to form four flexible use units [Use Class E(a) retail, Class E(b) food and drink and/or drinking establishment (sui generis)], formation of five residential units on the upper floors including an extended stair and lift core at the rear, remodelling and renewal of the roof, changes to the fenestration of the building and external works.
