The comprehensive phased redevelopment of the existing supermarket and Petrol Filling Station (PFS), comprising new buildings containing residential units (Class C3), a new ASDA superstore (Use Class E), Flexible Town Centre Commercial Floorspace including Use Class E (a)(b)(c)(d)(e)(f)(g), F1 (a)(b)(c)(d)(e)(f), F2 (a)(b), and Sui Generis uses (c)(d)(f)(p)(q)(t)(v), public open space, private and communal amenity space, landscaping, vehicular access, car parking, cycle parking, demolition and other associated works (the Proposed Development). This application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
